Above is the link to my voicethread that I created for a grad class. I was asked to think of a problem I faced in my career, and that is what I came up with. Voicethread is AWESOME! I can see it as a great tool for my students to post and critique artwork. I am already working on getting other teachers to do the same so my students could give and get feedback about thier art from students at other schools. I may even use some online collaboration resoursed from my course text to see if we can find a place that is willing to share from other parts of the world. So cool, I am really excited about using this tool.
You did a great job with your Voice Thread. I think that it is amazing tool that will be a great thing to impliment into a classroom if there is time. I think in your case being an art teacher, this would be a great way to explore the internet and see various forms of art from different people and comment on them as a class.

Wow!! That was an awesome job on your Voice Thread! I think it's great that you took your own initiative to create a county art teacher's group so that you all had someone to bounce ideas off of. Your idea to use VoiceThread for having students from other schools critique their work is a great social learning tool. In my experience, friends always tell each other how great they look or how great their work is, so getting another perspective from someone you don't even know will help your students grow as an artist. Awesome job!
